Good Product, received fast

I am very happy to have received this product in such a short time, much earlier than expected. The single-kanji is engraved into the pieces so it will not wear off as much over time and the bold, single-kanji look will make playing shogi much easier. It was difficult to find something like this online so I am very happy to have found some. My only criticism is some of the engraving is not as deep as the others so there is a bit of an inconsistency there but for the price and apparent rarity of being able to find this, I am still very happy with it.

Our local shogi club only offers plastic pieces, so I bought this and I have to say it's better than I expected.
New players can recognize the pieces easily because it's (nearly if not) the same font and "red" style as on 81dojo.com
I got it in 14 days, which is fast considering that I'm in Hungary. -

I think this is a good set to start, the pieces have good cuallity and kanjis are very beautifull and clear even for me that am mexican, i can see they are elegant, I recomend this set for someone who wants to get a shogi set better than the plastic sets that are moving in the markets now and dont wan to to buy an expensive artesanal set.

I strongly recommend all Shogi beginner to not waste money on any shogi piece cheaper than $10 on eBay. Instead, this promotion piece set is in so much higher quality for only 10$ more expensive. Great bargain.
