■ Shipment is basically done twice a week, and you will receive the parcel from 3 weeks to 2 months later based on the way of shipment (SAL or Surface).■ Shipment will be made as soon as possible after the payment has been confirmed.

If the Item tracking Number is shown in the E-mail we send to you, you could know the track of your parcel via the Japanese Post Office’s website at . https://trackings.post.japanpost.jp/services/srv/search/input?locale=en
There are also some parcels not have the tracking number.
