A great gain also for foreigners!

My comments are by a novice in Japanese! The book offers
200 five-hand problems. Of these, 13 start with an empty hand,
a single piece hand is used in 66 problems, and the rest,
totalling 121, are laid out for two pieces in hand. A delightful
variety when looked upon as the full set.
Solution diagrams of four problems stand together on each
spread. A short hint is given in a sentence, then the solution
sequence. Next a text explains details of the solution. The first
sentence could be seen as 'a first idea', then followed by the
corrected reasoning. A final diagram displays the end position,
except that 18 of the problems are shown at an intermediary
stage, after three moves, and the text presents further
arguments for improved understanding of this position.
